Safeguarding
The protection of children is everyone's business and it is important to know about the processes that are in place to support this.
At First Tower, we have two Designated Safeguarding Officers who are available to support you with any concerns you may have regarding this area or to talk through any difficulties you may be experiencing. These are:

Mrs Michelle Franklin (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator)
Mrs Kate Sugden (Headteacher)

If there are ever any concerns within our school, we are required to contact the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub mentioned below. If they are sufficiently concerned, they will ask us to complete an enquiry form. Usually we would contact you for your permission and to involve you in the enquiry, however there are some circumstances where we are advised not to do this. This is not a decision made by the school and at times it can present some temporary relationship challenges. If this ever happens to you, please remember that this is a process and that we will always be there to support you through it in which ever way we can.
